The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the two fighters met personally to publicize next month's boxing match.
Former twice world title holder Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I will damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
Despite those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - usually famous for his showmanship - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK rival Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua declined to talk badly about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Still, the novice is still one of boxing's largest financial successes, frequently receiving huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would stop the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters participated in the traditional confrontation, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is actually going ahead.
